The rooms here have modern spa tubs, and the staff is super friendly and really, really helpful! 🛀

HVAC was an intermittent system. It roared on and off all night long. If I'd known it was an in the wall unit we would have stayed elsewhere.

Drapes would not close so room was very bright all night. The noise inside the building was awful.

I had a spacious room all to myself that was nicely furnished, including a coffee maker and a relaxing spa tub 🛁. The location of this place was great as it was close to some good restaurants nearby.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay here again. Everything was good here - knowledgeable staff and huge rooms. So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with a spa tub and the coffee maker, for instance I booked was available.

Would come here again as it was a perfectly pleasant stay for a pleadant visit.

This place is super comfy and won't break the bank. The location is convenient, and if you need parking, it's free! 🚗

Staff had NO personality. TV channel listings not in room. Called front desk said to use enter button on remote. HBO was not on listings on screen. Called front desk again, said it was on #21, tried 21, had nothing, called front desk again said there was a problem. Never got to use HBO. A cable was sticking out from under the bed going to the air conditioning. My wife tripped over it. Told front desk when we checked out about that cable. They do not have enough parking spaces for the number of rooms they have. Found out you can leave your car parked there for $5.00 a day when you go to the airport on a trip. That is why there is not enough spaces. They allow parking in front of the front door entrance and along the front side of the building which is a fire code vilalation. Have pictures of all above problems.

Very nice hotel and you can't beat the price!

Pool was only open 10am-10pm so our kids didn't get to swim at all. Our plan was to let them swim after breakfast and before checkout.

The room had comfortable beds and a coffee maker, the location was cozy and impressive, and the staff were helpful and informed.

The daytime registration staff was very congenial and helpful.

The breakfast staff was not attentive to the preparation, service of the buffet foods, cleanliness of the service counters. The bathroom towels were hard and rough to the touch on skin.

Beds were comfortable and the location is very close to the airport. Had a fridge and microeave and was clean.

When I checked in and asked for a 0430 shuttle to the airport, the receptionist told me that I had to sign up for a shuttle (there were only 3 seats left and I had 4 people) and that it didn't leave any earlier than 0500 "because that's when the airport opens." I told her that couldn't be right because the airport is open 24 hours. I asked her to have the manager call me because I wanted to be reimbursed for my cab ride cost because I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this information earlier. No one ever called me back. Very poor customer service.
